Week in Numbers

Last Weeks's Training:

Monday-4 miles easy
Tuesday-Just under 5 miles on the track, 4x200 (:47, :46, :45, :45), 4x400 (1:31, 1:31, 1:32, 1:34)
Wednesday-4 mile bike (flat tire), 1.75 mile hard run at 7:05 pace
Thursday-3 hours of gardening work :)
Friday- 2000yd swim, 13 mile bike
Saturday- 44 min run (beach)
Sunday- 1 hour run  (beach)

Run: CLose to 23 miles
Bike: 17 miles
Swim: 2000yds

I had driven out to the triathlon course to ride the course the day I got my flat tire. Was a bit bummed as I did have a spare. But luckily I had only ridden two miles out and wasn't too far from the car.
