Monday-5.2 miles
Tuesday-1 hour spin on the spin bike with 5x2 min hard 2 min recovery, abs, weights
Wednesday-5 miles with 8x400 intervals (1:44, 1:42, 1:39, 1:37, 1:38, 1:37, 1:39, 1:38)
Thursday-4 miles easy (9 avg)
Friday-2000yd swim
Saturday-8.2 miles (8:35 avg)
Sunday- 20 mile ride with 1x4 mile hard effort and 1x2 mile hard effort in aerobars, abs, weights

Run- 22.4 miles
Bike: 40 miles
Swim: 2000yds

Nothing too exciting to report. Just chugging along.
