I had an up and down week last week...
Monday- 4 mile run easy (9:00 avg)
Tuesday- 5 miles with 4x1/2 mile intervals (3:20, 3:27, 3:28, 3:29), weights and abs
Wed- 7 mile run with JF (8:25 average)
Thursday- 25 mile bike (15.1 mph)
Friday- 2000 yds swim
Sun- 23 mile bike with 6x1-1.5 mile hard efforts in the aerobars followed by 1.25 mile hard run off the bike, weights and abs
Total: Swim: 2000yds
Bike: 48 miles
Run: 17.25 miles
Swimming is just not going well. I feel pretty nauseous and dizzy most days when I swim. Not sure what this is from...getting older, the flipturns. Not sure. My Thursday bike ride was awful and tiring. But the Sunday ride was much better and I was able to feel a bit better on the bike then I have been.
