Maternity Pants

So I am getting to the point where I can't wear too many of my pants anymore. I headed to Old Navy yesterday to try and find some maternity pants. Ummmm....yeah, I can't fit into any of the smallest maternity pants, they are all too big. So I think I have to go either with just buying a couple pairs of bigger pants (for work) or using the belly band for awhile. The belly band I have been using already but am looking for a couple options where I don't have to.

Anyway, here is a photo of me...18 weeks and about to bust out of my pants. I think I need a little while longer before I take one with my shirt up over my belly.

aww! you just have a tiny little bump! belly band can work okay, but then you need a shirt to cover it. i you can find pants that have the little stretch in the back, then those are comfy until you get bigger. you're almost halfway! wow!!

You do look really cute! It is hard being in between your normal pants and maternity pants. For a while I was able to just unbutton my normal pants and use a hair elastic in place of the button. Once I did switch over to maternity pants I was so much more comfortable.

Too Cute! Can't wait to hear if it's a boy or gal! I hate to say it, but my favorite maternity jeans are seven for all mankind (eek $$$, I know) but they are super comfortable and I got a pair at like 18 weeks with Lilly and I am still wearing them at 30 weeks with baby #2! I know EZ would kill me for telling you, but I think they were worth the $$ since I am still wearing them, and post baby they were great too (for a while)!

Soooo cute! You in no way look fat! I can't wait to hear about you and EZ feeling the little one kick. I am sure you'll be able to see little hands and feet move across your belly really well since you are so thin. Can't wait to find out if BZ is a he or a she.
Wish I could help you out with that 'all the pants are too big problem', but I have never had that issue. You look amazing keep up whatever it is you are doing.
(When I showed Tim the picture he said, "She doesn't look big enough to be 18 weeks. She looks like she just ate a big taco.")

Oh, look at the widdle belly! You are tiny. :)

Maybe you could find some really nice-looking yoga type pants for work?

Hi,

You have a nice blog. A 40-week pregnancy is really just a blip in our whole life time, but the problem with maternity clothing during that time is very painful. Keeping this in mind, two best friends and mother of two children each started http://www.bellybundles.com. We have high quality maternity clothes there and we would like to hear your feedback on our products.

Thanks,
